Uh, hi. My name is, uh, James Stevens. I am the owner of Heavenly Touch Stone Care and, uh, Heavenly Touch Carpets. Heavenly Touch Carpets primarily serves carpet and, uh, upholstery needs. We do area rugs, wool, silk area rugs. The carpet cleaning company also services, uh, tile and grout cleaning needs as well. We are the owners of the business, and we perform the work ourselves. That's primarily where I think that we have a distinct advantage, uh, over some other companies that just send, uh, laborers out to do the work. The primary method regarding the, uh, carpet cleaning is, uh, the carpets need to be pre-vacuumed first to get any, uh, dry particulate off of the carpets. We then spray an environmentally safe, uh, solution. State of California is pretty much mandated that all processes need to be, uh, environmentally safe. After that method is put down on the carpet, we, uh, give it some agitation and dwell time, and then we, uh, rinse and extract. And, uh, we'll put a Wintergreen deodorizer on the carpet once we're done. I've had many customers ask me about Diamond Certified, what it means. I'm very happy to pull out the brochure and let them know the qualifications. Uh, that are company, that were, uh, that were licensed. We carry insurance, uh, which is all on file with Diamond Certified, uh, and I think that it makes, uh, the customer feel extremely at ease. The guys are in a uniform. Each one wears a Heavenly Touch. We pride ourselves on being on time. Uh, in the event that we are running a little bit late, we will call you, the customer, and let you know that we're running a little bit late.
