I am the head of the office department and the president of the company. We are serving from Morgan Hill all the way to San Francisco and in the East Bay all the way to the beautiful Pleasanton. Golden View Innovation is a high-performance management company. We are offering the services of new construction, additions, ADUs, general remodeling and full kitchen remodeling. All the way from design, architectural planning, engineering, working with the cities until your project is beautifully completed. Golden View Innovation story starts 20 years ago. We are a group of individuals that carry passion and love to construction. From our first job of 2,000 square foot replacing only the floors to become today a leading company in the space of big scale projects. Our team is built from the top designers, architects, engineers, project managers and of course expert in construction. I'm grateful to be a part of this unique team. One of the success stories that I would like to share today is a client that became a good friend of mine. He came to us 4 years ago after invested 6 months on planning, put his time and money. He was extremely disappointed from the process and the fact that the price wasn't matching to what the architect promised to him. We took the client patiently into the process of the algorithm of service of Golden View Innovation. Understood his needs, pain points, created top plan for him that will match his budget. Moved forward to understand his needs, sourcing the right materials all the way until we completed his beautiful project. We succeeded to change his perspective on the industry of construction. Today, we are very grateful that the client is collaborating with us, opened his house for future client to be able to arrive, to hear the story of his personal experience, and to see and to witness how the steps and the algorithm of service of Golden View worked for him.
