[Music] Hello, I'm Dave Hunt, owner of Goldhammer Construction. As a general contractor, Goldhammer Construction does a lot of different things, a very wide range. One of the things that Goldhammer does quite frequently is full home renovations, renovations of older homes and newer homes. We'll take a whole house, we'll tear it completely apart on the inside, and completely remodel it to the way that you want it. We do a lot of additions, typically around 1,000 square feet, but we do additions anywhere from 250 on up. One of the things that we do a lot of is kitchen remodels. We have a wide range of things that we could, we could do to a kitchen. Kitchens are a lot of fun for us. We could wrap up a kitchen in four to 5 weeks on average or course on up depending on the elaborateness of the kitchen. Bathroom remodels, decks, pretty much name it. From framing to electrical to plumbing, we have all the experience necessary to do any work on your home. Gold Hammer Construction is different from a lot of other companies mostly because of the people that work for us. You'll get the kind of people in your home that you would have as a neighbor, a brother-in-law, a cousin, family. When you're thinking about doing a remodel to your home, I I find it best to talk to a contractor before you start getting into the complete design stage.
