[Music] hi I'm Gary Nolls I'm the owner of GK construction uh we offer um a complete design and project management for residential and Commercial projects uh throughout the East Bay and the Tri Valley area our projects range from Whole House remodels and addition office remodels kitchens bathrooms ADA Compliant elev ators and exterior hardscapes we've established a reputation for Quality flexibility and efficiency so I started working in the industry in my father's construction company in the United Kingdom I served as an indentured Apprentice for seven years prior to attending voxell college of building in London for construction management following this I worked as a project manager in the Caribbean for 8 years after moving to California I started GK Construction in 1994 we were very small just me and one other and then over the years we've expanded we have a full-time crew that has worked for me for the last 10 years they are constantly updated with current construction techniques and safety requirements as they apply to each project so one aspect of GK construction that we find very helpful for customers is our access to an architect the various Engineers that are required an interior designer we provide an accurate estimate of cost that allows our customers to see where their funds are going and also allows them to reallocate funds if they feel it appropriate as changes occur throughout projects which they often do by having access to our own in-house Architects and Engineers it allows for a much faster response uh to the process required to facilitate that change so if you're ready to move forward with a kitchen remodel or a whole house remodel or a new custom home please reach out to GK construction and let us get your project started [Music]
