[Music] Hi everyone. My name is Jay Fowler, and I am the owner and operator for Fowler's Construction Company. Fowler's Construction Company is, uh, primarily focused on kitchen and bathroom remodels, but we do many other things as well. Many times, when we're doing those remodels, we have to reconfigure room sizes, move walls around, we build new homes, uh, we have room additions in our projects. So, we're a one-stop contractor. Whatever you need done, we will do it for you. The thing I'm most proud about our company is we're in constant communication with our clients. There's never a question about who's going to be in your home. We understand that while we're in, while we're remodeling your home, you're living in it. And so we're guests in your home, and so we need to be conscious of that, and we respect your time and your privacy. We also make sure that we keep a clean work environment for you. It's also a safety issue. I have an on-staff designer who's my business partner. So if you have problems deciding how you want the floor plan to flow with a kitchen or a new bathroom or even just remodeling the interior of your home, reconfiguring walls, she can help you with that. She's very good at it. I give you a work calendar, uh, something that tells you what's going to happen first, second, and third. If you need plans or permits, we can help you with that. Uh, we appreciate the fact that you let us into your homes, and we do respect your privacy. I've been using the same subcontractors at least 10 to 12 years. And because I use the same contractors, I have a really good relationship with all of them. They understand that to give me a good price to give you, they get work as well. We do an annual appreciation dinner at my home, which is basically a taco feed. We invite clients from the last 12 months and all my subcontractors to these to my home every year as an appreciation of what my clients are doing for us and what my contractors have done for them. So I'm at every job every day. So you get to see me all the time. Many times when we're done with the job, people say, "I kind of miss having you around."
