Hello, my name is Ron Evanich. I'm the president and owner of Evanich Construction in Pedaluma, California. Our company performs all phases of residential and commercial projects. We provide preliminary budgeting, design assistance, and written proposals for all phases of construction. We are a small general construction company. We do not overextend ourselves. We don't take on more work than we can handle. We do not start a job and not finish it. We use all licensed and insured subcontractors from a pool of subs that we've dealt with for years. When putting proposals together, we're always trying to get pricing from two or three subs in every field to get the best deal for our clients. My background in construction started when I was about 8. My father was a sheetrock contractor in Marin County. I got my license in 1984 as a general contractor, and I've been working in general construction ever since as a licensed contractor. General contractors have a bad rap regarding change orders. When we're bidding a project and we're looking at the plans, we study them very closely. We look deeper into the project than what the plans tell us, and we try to resolve all those unforeseen issues prior to the start of the project so the customer doesn't have to worry about change orders down the road. If you have a building or remodeling project that you plan to do in the future, please give us a call. We give free estimates and would be happy to assist you in any questions you may have for your project.
