My name is Dan Duggan, and I'm the president here of Duggan Serra Mortuary in Daly City. We serve families at a very difficult time in their life when they've lost someone. Serving folks is, it's very much a ministry. We're here to serve them and try to do whatever we can to make services very special and respond to what their needs are. Our family's been in the funeral service business of serving families since the early 1900s, around 1903, starting back with my great grandmother. We're very honored that we are entrusted to serve a very large majority of the police department and fire department related families and officers and firefighters and such. Communication in serving families is very vital, and we're very fortunate that we have a very diversified staff. Our staff members speak various languages: obviously English, Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin. We do serve diversified clientele here. We have many, many different families from different faiths and religions, and we're very fortunate to have a large enough staff that we have directors that are, you know, represent different ethnic groups and faiths as well. We are here to help you. If your family is at a difficult time and you have questions or concerns for pre-planning for services, or questions at the time of a loss, please call us, and we'd be glad to help you answer any of your questions. We thank you in advance for considering giving us a call.
