Hi, I'm Tim Johnson, owner of Dublin Car Tech. We work on every aspect of the vehicle, from an engine oil change to an engine replacement. The normal service includes fan belts, radiator hoses, coolant flushes, transmission flush, transmission service, and repair. We also handle inside interior services, air conditioning repairs, radiator repairs, brakes, and tires. We use all factory equipment. As far as diagnosing and repairing cars, I employ seven technicians - five full-time, two part-time. Everybody is certified by ASE. We employ two master technicians, and people are always training and always going to school to renew licenses. Your heart is always in the same spot on a car. The heart could be in the trunk, it could be underneath the hood, it could be underneath the dash. So we have to keep people in school for the consumer. Everybody's been to the service station or repair shop that may be not as clean as you would expect. You'd be happy to know that in our area, we have a nice waiting area, nice clean restrooms. We offer pick up and deliver for the local residents. Waiting for your vehicle is no problem whatsoever. For some of the longer repairs, we will take you home and pick you up when they're done. I really believe in customer service. We are a family, and we consider our customers family. We take the time to actually talk to the customer, briefly or in-depth, explain what the problem is with their car. We also handle smog repairs and tests. We also offer heavy-duty fleet repairs and even RV repairs. So stop by, and we would be happy to take care of you.
