[Music] Hi. I'm Nick Devon Jenzo, the owner of Devon Jenzo and Company. We're a full service general contracting company that does everything from foundations to framing to finish in new homes, additions, ADUs, and residential applications. We also specialize in Drainage Systems, area drains, French drains, and sump pump systems. Devon Jenzo Company was established in 1970 when my dad started the company. It was just him and my mom and my older brother working on the projects with, you know, a growing crew. I came into the picture in high school and have been working with them ever since. I'm a carpenter by trade and have learned many other trades along the way. I've learned everything about construction from my experience with my father, and I use all of the 50 plus years he had in the business as a background for the decisions and the way I do things now, giving me an edge when trying to manage other subcontractors and projects. When you're dealing with Devon Jenzo Company, you're going to get me, the owner, on site daily managing and orchestrating every project. We have up to three crews at a time working. We also have a network of subcontractors that we work with on a daily basis, as well as Engineers, Architects, and designers that we can refer you to or work with steadily. In my experience, customers are often concerned with the budget of the project and the timing of the project. These are two important things. We do our best to provide a competitive, professional quote as well as coordinate the job in a manner where it is done on time and on schedule.
