[Music] hi I'm Rick Lazzarini and I'm the construction manager for degree hvac degree HVAC provides mechanical and plumbing service and installation sheet metal fabrication building controls and indoor air quality products we troubleshoot we replace we repair we do design build systems where we designed the actual heating and air conditioning systems we are also factory authorized dealers for carrier and we are the sheet metal and air conditioning contractors National Association member of the month for februari most of our customers know what they want when we walk through the door and they're happy to tell us we do have a process that I could like to call the interview where we like to ask a question that maybe the customer hasn't really thought about you know or give them options that they don't know about a lot of people don't know that there's many different levels of furnace you can install a lot of customers don't realize that there's a lot of different ways to deal with indoor air quality through that interview process we're able to help the customer make an educated decision around what do their purchase is going to be with us and what other services we can provide at that point we went through five years of schooling and training and I got a lot of on-the-job training with a large corporation that's where I met my business partner and we decided that he was a very you know the service guru I call him and my construction background you know when you combine those two it makes for a perfect company team we're not in the business of trying to upsell or make a few extra bucks on a filter or a thermostat you know I just want to give the customer what they need if you're looking for an estimate for a new piece of equipment or a service that you need provided please give us a call at the gree hvac we're degrees above the rest and we do try to live up to it [Music]
