[Music] my name is Dean Connect president and owner of Dean connect painting incorporated I come from a generation of painters I'm actually the sixth generation painter from Hamburg Germany I started painting with my dad when I was fifteen and at that time I was actually working with my dad and my grandfather that was a worker and a partner with my dad for about 18 years and now I've been a business business for myself over 30 years so I've learned a lot the crew that works for me I'm they do a do a great job in my Foreman Jose has been with me for about 12 years almost every job after we're done with it he I always get a lot of praises about the type of work he does and how conscientious he is with the customer he wants to make sure the customer is happy throughout the whole process of the job but as the owner of the company I'm always there for at least an hour and a half in the morning and I worked through the whole job until the end of the finished product one of the biggest reasons why I probably stay in the pinyon industry is I've always got the satisfaction and when I go to someone's house and you know and it's in kind of bad shape and in need of a paint job and we get to go through the start of the project is like power washing doing all the prep work priming going through the caulking and patching of cracks on the stucco in areas and then applying the finish coat I always get the satisfaction when I stand back and say hey you know we did that and that's what key speed paint keeps me in the painting industry as well as I always like meeting new people and which I really enjoy and I've been doing this for over 45 years so if you're in need of a painter please give us a call you will not be disappointed one of the models I've used through my business career plus working with my dad is and I didn't make that motto up but it's you know the finished paint job is only as good as a prep and I truly believe that in every paint job that's what you need to do have a great prep job before we paint [Music]
