My name is David Bianchi. I own and am the president of David Bianchi Home Repair Incorporated. David Bianchi Home Repair Incorporated is a full handyman service and general contracting. Anything from basically fixing a toilet to rehab in a whole house. We do not build from the ground up at all. How I actually got started was I moved to Vacaville in 1981. I actually worked at Pietro's, which is an Italian restaurant in here. Met my wife working there, and her dad did this. So for about a year, I worked two jobs full-time so I could learn the handyman general contracting business, plus still working at the restaurant. And then finally, I decided to quit there, work for my father-in-law. After a year, he had a partner. After a year, he sold me his half of the business. And then a couple of years after that, I went on my own and then on my own ever since. And I've had my excellent contractor's license since 1990. David Bianchi Home Repair has been in business for close to 43 years. I have long-term employees. One of my one just retired after working for me for 30 years. I have two more that have been with me for 28 and 27 years. First of all, I would not be able to be as successful without the employees that I have. They are very friendly, very courteous, and very craftsmen at what they do. Most of my customers will refer us, and we are almost like part of their family. 70% of my work is a repeat customer or a referral. I actually just finished one job that it's the third generation that lives in the same house that I worked for the grandmother originally. So David Bianchi Home for the last 15 years have been voted number one contractor and handyman service, um, in the Vacaville Reporter in the, uh, poll. If we're doing a bathroom or a kitchen, I can normally call one of my customers and actually meet you over there and actually show you, show off the work, um, to you in person. Most of my customers are more than welcome to open up their house, um, so I can show you the work that we have done. Or if any of you are potential customers, feel free to call me on my cell phone. That is the easiest way to reach me. Uh, it again is on 24/7. I will respond to you as quickly as I can, and I will try to get to your estimates as soon as I can. If you are working, I try to normally do the estimates after work, 6:00, 7:00, even 8:00 at night so I don't inconvenience you. Uh, it's not a problem for me at all.
