Hi, my name is Hongtu. I'm from Ani Construction. I'm a CEO of the company. We do custom home, kitchen, bedroom remodel. It's a job, it's a job. Nothing make us more. So most of the job is, but we specialist on custom home and remodel. I've been doing this for 13 years. I own the company for 10 years, and most all my staff is, they've been with me almost like more than 5 years. So I trained them as beginning with nothing, and now they all have the skill. And I know all my staff's besty, so I know where to put them and what position they on. I'm at the job site almost 8 hours a day. So most of my job is like what I'm doing is everything I do, only three job at the same time. And I have a lot of family member working for me, just kind of like a family business. So I stop by every job every day, at least I spend one or two hour on every job a day. So I go through with all my stuff, everything what they' done a day am of the day. So what they done and stuff like that, and I keep my eyes on really closely. When we done the work, we send letter out and ask the customer and follow up, you know, for the final inspection. I do the final inspection with the customer myself. So I want to make sure all my client is satisi what we do, and also I want to check everything is right before they, you know, can use it. I guarantee that I can make them happy, and also I can guarantee my work. And all my staff is nobody disp on the customer, even myself. And we can bring the customer to the high level that the work that we done. And also we are the honest business, and we are the family business. And I'm very much, I'm confident with all my work and my staff.
