So, it all started, uh, fresh out of high school, um, looking for a job opportunity. I, uh, landed with a termite company out in the Tri Valley, and I started doing, uh, construction for that company. And then from there, it moved on to doing, uh, uh, full-time inspections. And then after that, it led to managing the company. That's how I started, uh, 24 years ago. So, client satisfaction, knowing that customers, uh, trusted us to go into their property and, and, uh, provide a service, and, uh, for them to be, uh, uh, comfortable and at the end of the day happy with the service they got. That's, that's what really, um, that's what really, uh, uh, counts for me. So, one of the questions that customers should be asking is what type of treatments do they provide? You know, is it a local treatment? Is it a fumigation? Is it a spot treatment? Um, another, uh, good question should be chemicals. What type of chemicals does the company provide? Um, is it, um, um, what type of toxicity does it carry? Uh, how does it work? Um, another question is warranties. Warranties are really important, you know, uh, what type of warranty, what type of length, um, how does it work, what do you get in return? Um, also, um, is it transferable? A lot of customers love the fact that, you know, if you have a warranty and now you sell your house, uh, is it transferring to the new client? Uh, one of the other questions, it should be, uh, do, uh, do you do repairs? Do you do any construction? Um, and if you do, um, what type of product do you use? What type of lumber? Um, um, do you primer and paint or or or how much of an area do you replace? So, Vanguard Termite Control is a, uh, family business. It's run on client satisfaction, customer service. Um, and customers really love that.
