I grew up in the construction industry. Um, we own rental property in Mexico and uh, we end up pretty much doing most of the trades uh, within our family. As I grew up, uh, I ended up discovering that um, I start enjoying more plumbing in general than any other trade, and so I stick with the plumbing since it provides the most challenge, uh, for me, and that's what I love to do - always striving for um, challenge, basically. That's what really motivates us in our company, and especially me, to do, you know, what we love to do. That once we get um, into the job, that we'll, you know, start the job and make sure the job gets done from start to finish, and that will, you know, that we will perform the best and solve the issue in clear detail, uh, explain, you know, things to customers that all workforce in in our company are, you know, employed, and they're not based off a commission. Therefore, they never um, overcharge or force to upsell something to customers that perhaps don't need. And so, and they're very cautious, very helpful. We even go the extra mile for our customers, um, you know, to make sure that they're fully happy and satisfied with the work that we perform. And that's what really sets us apart from most of our competitors.
