[Music] I like to think that because we're homeowners ourselves and hire professionals for our own houses regularly, that we can act like the neighbor in the business, or the friend in the business, to anyone who calls us, and give them advice that's sensitive to the perspective that every homeowner has, value, performance, getting the right direction. So we believe that helpful expertise means understanding homeowners, understanding our particular business, giving advice as if it matters to a homeowner. We try to focus on three different things. We make sure that we are up to date with our training from each and every manufacturer of the products that we use, so that we're always employing best practices. We operate our own sheet metal shop to make sure all of the parts, the important parts that are used on every roofing job, are made specifically for each application, and we employ a team approach where we have multiple people looking at each job to make sure that none of us are overlooking anything. I think that it's important if you're considering hiring a contractor to work on your house, especially a roofer, they need to have experience with houses similar to yours. They need to have experience in the neighborhood where you live. They need to have experience with the material that they're going to install. And you should ask them this question. What would you do if you were me? And then why? I think those questions will always point you in the right direction. We've been in business for nearly 40 years. We have over a hundred years of collective experience as a team, and we're family-owned and operated, and have been as long as we've been in business. And we're specialists in this part of the world, so we understand the local climate, the local types of buildings, the most common conditions, and the least common conditions in this part of the world. So we're very familiar with San Francisco and vicinity. I get asked that question quite a bit, and the answer is always the same. For me, at least, it's meeting the great variety of folks that own buildings and houses in and around this part of the world, the most amazing cross-section of people are talking to roofers, and I really enjoy it. I just I'm always fascinated by the stories and the history of each and every person that we talk to, and it's one of the favorite parts of my job by a long shot.
