It means that the customer will get what they want. Um, they should be able to ask many questions, and we should be able to get them the answers that they need to make a decision on, um, the best decision for them. Um, I started driving a truck for a roofing company about 32 years ago, and I learned the business through starting that way. Um, I had, I started driving for a tear off, uh, it was a roofing company, um, for doing tear off, and then I just basically learned, you know, I wanted to be valuable to my employer, and I just learned everything, um, from that point 32 years ago. Well, I worked for a couple of roofing companies before I started the business, and I seen what these other companies were doing, and I thought I can definitely improve on that. So, I took what I learned there and started the business, and it's been a success, and I, I've, and now we're one of the premier roofing companies in the Bay Area. I enjoy doing work in different areas. We do, we cover the entire Bay Area, and I like to see the different, um, cities and counties, and it just doesn't get boring. It's not the same thing over and over. It's, um, you know, we do repairs, um, big houses, small houses, we do a lot of roofing, and these projects are always different. I mean, it can be a garage, it can be a 15-bedroom mansion. It's, you know, you can be working in San Francisco or Gilroy and everything in between. It's, it's never boring, and it's never the same job twice. And I enjoy, uh, moving around and being outdoors and making customers happy. Well, first of all, I, I personally check on all my jobs, even if it's as small as a repair or as large as an apartment complex. We all of the roofers are certified. Um, we make sure the job gets done right. I have, you know, we pull permits. I personally will check the job before and after. We don't usually, we don't take any deposits until you're 100% happy, and we have a strong guarantee warranty to back up our work. Well, some of the top questions that I think should be asked would be your warranties. Your warranties and guarantees are very important. Uh, the types of materials that are being used. That's important that you're also, that the, the roofers are put on or do quality work. Um, and that usually comes with a, a reputable company. You know, how long have they been in business? You know, that you're, that whoever you're hiring is licensed and insured and workers comp. Uh, that's very important. Those are few of the questions I would ask any contractors that, uh, I would ask those questions.
