So, uh, before a technician even can become a technician, they have to pass both a DOJ and FBI background checks as well as a private background check. Uh, our our technicians have to be drug-free. They have to have clean driving records. They have to be licensed, trained annually, and they have to deal with gross stuff. Well, we focus on delivering the highest customer service available.
