[music] >> Our team takes several precautions. Firstly, we call 811 before we do any digging at all on the property. Um, we want to identify all the water lines, the gas lines, electrical lines, internet cables that may be going through the project site. Um, when we can identify them and where they are, it keeps us from disturbing you and your home from any water leaks, obviously, from disturbing your internet line. Um, so we take that into consideration. We're very careful about it. And we also look at your neighbor's property and where they park their cars. We look at the best places to stage materials. We look at access ways to the job site, so we know which type of machines or wheelbarrows or buckets, if necessary, need to be used to access the job site safely, not impeding on your neighbor's space at all. Um, so we are very careful about our surroundings and we make sure that we're not going to disturb you or your neighbors in the process while we're working on your property. The expertise we can supply for you, um, will help you decide which direction you want to go with in your project. We can help you decide what makes more sense, whether it's flagstone versus pavers, whether it's a retaining stone wall versus a wooden fence. Whatever your budget will allow for and whatever you desire, we can help you find a nice middle ground um, with our expertise in the field of landscaping and construction to help you come to a decision that you want for your property. I was inspired to start my own business mainly because I was seeing a lack of communication um, from the client to the office and to me. I love doing all the work that I have done for different companies as a foreman, as a helper. Over the years, I've really enjoyed the work, but one thing I noticed is that communication would always slip through the cracks and I would see clients get stressed out over this and this just made me want to really develop my own system to where I could communicate one-on-one with the client and implement whatever we talked about to the project so that nothing got looked over, no communication went through the cracks, and the project went as smooth as possible. I love the main thing I love about the work that I do is just seeing the customer's reaction after it's done. Um seeing them so excited to utilize their property. When they send me pictures afterwards of them and their family sitting on their patio or enjoying their property because of the work that we've done is is very rewarding. Um I also enjoy the progress of the project um collaborating with the client on designs, on materials, and seeing it just all come fruition just is very rewarding and that's my favorite part about the job. The main thing that we do is like I was saying is just clear communication. Nothing gets lost in communication. Everything is very transparent. We're very honest about the work we're doing, about the estimate initially. We stick to that. There are no hiccups along the way because of the one-on-one relationship that I provide to the clients themselves. Um we collaborate on a daily basis. every step of the project is checked off by the client to make sure that they're satisfied with the direction of the project. So, we don't just come in and completely revamp your yard and you come home from work and then it's all done and you have no say in what happens. So, every step of the project is communicated about and decided upon with me and the client. >> [music]
