Before [music] we start the project, we usually making sure that, uh, everything is sealed. We fence, uh, we put a large fence around the, um, house so everything going to be locked. We also bring a portable toilet. Um, what we also do is cap all the water lines and also turn off the electrical if it's a big project such as an addition or ADU or something like that. We, um, also call the utility company to mark for us where the line working and where they're going. So we can make sure that once we dig we don't damage it. Uh, helpful expertise is obviously making sure that the clients understand the complete, uh, game plan before we even, uh, start. So we also provide like a detailed 3D renderings and also 2D renderings to make sure that the clients can visualize exactly how the space going to look like. Um, and what we also do, we update them in every, uh, step, um, so they can, uh, have a better understanding how the project runs. My dad was a contractor, and once I, since I remember myself I always used to hand them tools. I always used to help him, uh, lift stuff, and this was very excited for me. I remember I always see his, uh, interaction with clients and how happy they was in the end of the project and, uh, since I was young kid I discovered that that's what I love to do—helping clients and also, um, building dreams and, um, everything that have to do with, uh, building new structures that's what's, uh, fulfilled me. So basically, I always, uh, used to work in this industry and I saw the need of, uh, good project management, communication and design and aesthetic. Um, I always like to see how the client are giving me the perfect feedback once we finish the project, and they, um, basically, the smile and then the reaction of their face once they see the finished project. That's like one of a kind feeling. And once I'm having those, uh, clients that are happy, um, and all the time give me like a positive feedback, I said I wanted to increase my, uh, visibility and also help some other clients to navigate through them through the process and provide excellent service and a top-notch, um, final result. So that was like my main inspiration and thanks God that's why we are successful and every day we making it happen for clients. My favorite thing at the work is basically coming every day to the site and see the work progress speaking with the guys making sure that everything is the line with the design and the most important thing and the favorite thing is just the reaction of the clients after the project is done the their face and their feedback. That's what, uh, uh, basically giving me more energy and, uh, more ambition to create more project and more successful clients. The key thing in a in a construction project that we deliver to the client is, uh, a lot of it has to do with the communication and also the pre-construction, uh, actually journey that we're taking the client hand by hand during the whole process from the first initial meeting into the design to the actual progress. That's basically what is important in a construction project. Uh, once you tell a client something going to happen, it's going to happen. Once they ask for your feedback on your design ideas, um, you coming up with the, uh, correct basically layout and correct design that, uh, make it much more look aesthetic and obviously, um, deliver high-skilled craftsmanship and, um, making sure that everything, uh, goes by the the progress and the timeline that we present at the beginning of the project. >> [music]
