[Music] I love this question because we have been taking precautions for many years. Um, but CO has just really ensured that we do. Um, our main focus is always keeping our customers personal belongings safe, clean, not contaminated with any debris. Mostly we're working in atticss and crawl spaces. So, number one, entering into the home, proper PPE is required. Um that includes uh full face respirators, mash uh Tyveck suits, shoe covers and then also for our customers per um personal belongings, we do plastic sheeting in the whole entire house. So from the front door into the crawl space or into the attict access, everything is plastic sheetated for their protection. So in case anything falls out as we're vacuuming or cleaning anything like that, everything is protected. Everything goes into one lump and thrown away. Steps of service is very important to us. Um so the moment that we come on to the property, engaging in that inspection is very crucial. um we have to pinpoint, you know, entry points, um whatever their areas of concerns are. And then also educating our customers on the process on how to either get them rodent free or wildlife free, if that's going to include certain type of repairs. Um it's very it's very important that we walk them through the exact process on how we do it compared to you know possibly other companies out there which really ensures our quality of work going forward. We can guarantee certain things um if when we do that and when the customer kind of goes with that um with the process that we recommend. One thing that we take pride in is that all of our employees are our employees. Um, we actually don't outsource. We don't contract out. Um, everybody that works for us is a member of the Mighty Men family, the team. So, when our inspectors go out, it's our inspectors. When we have the other team that comes out to do the repairs, they're all employed by Mighty Men. And then, as well as the technicians that come and do the follow-up services. Everyone is just one team, and they love that. They love the fact that they might get one technician that comes to their home three weeks in a row. Or if there is a surprise and they get another technician, they just love our our vibes, like our chemistry, um the way that we're very cohesive in the way that we do things amongst the teams. We find that customers really enjoy that. Um that they're just working with one company. That's important. Yes. So, Mighty Men Services and Pest Control. We are a woman-owned company, which surprises a lot of people just based off of the name. They expect that it's only going to be men. Um, but it is actually ran by women. Um, also, we're minority owned. I know everybody says we should change our name to Mighty Women, but um, but we do really good working together. Um, also, it's a family business. It's owned by a mother and daughter duo. Um, so that's something that's really special. Um, especially just going on down hopefully generation to generation. Um, it's a one-stop shop. So, I feel like, you know, just being that we, um, are a pest control company, a wildlife trapping company. We're certified in bats and birds. We really do it all. They don't really have to outsource much. We can do everything for them, including pest control services, too. I would love to talk about u one of our office staff. Her name is Shauna and she actually comes from 10 years in the banking industry. That's her background. That's her specialty. Um we were blessed to have her come on board. She knew nothing about wildlife trapping, knew nothing about the pest control industry. Um but she's really taken it by storm. She has been with us for a little over 2 years. In that time frame, she has gotten about three certifications and licenses. So, she has a wildlife trapping license. She has her branch to pest control license here. Recently, within the past week, she actually just became an official um dealership licensed. um I don't know what the exact name is, but she she's a she has her own dealership license, so she can purchase as well as sell vehicles um commercial and you know personal um which is really beneficial because we go through trucks very quickly with the team members that we have. We have a huge team so we have you know 15 20 trucks that go through the team very quickly. So having that is really important. Um she's our star. She's our go-to girl. Um, and then the fact that she is a woman and she's just, you know, taking this industry by storm. She's definitely a force to be reckoned with and we appreciate her um her hard work, her diligence. She's very beneficial um to Mighty Men Services and Pest Control. We love Shauna.
