Pricing varies depending on the size of the area and scope of the work. For example, if we’re spraying for insects, we’ll give you an estimated price based on the square footage of your home and the type of pest. But if you have a larger problem like raccoons in your attic, there are many variables to consider when it comes to pricing. Are your air ducts damaged? Do we need to clean up insulation? Are there droppings everywhere? How will we access the space? If we have those types of questions about your job, we’ll need to do an inspection before any work begins.

Do you charge for inspections?

Yes, but our inspections are very thorough and detailed so it ends up being a good value. We’ll put on our Tyvek suits and masks, go into your attic or crawl space, and take photos and videos so you can see what’s actually going on. That way, everyone has the best information to move forward with a treatment plan.

Yes, we emphasize humane pest control by focusing on prevention rather than termination. For example, we perform ‘good mother evictions,’ which allows mother animals to remove their babies from attics and crawl spaces so they don’t get separated. Our predatorial treatments and cage trapping practices are also humane.

How do you seal pest access points?

Many companies seal from the exterior of the home, but in our experience, that’s not the best way to solve an ongoing rodent problem. Broken vents can be sealed from the outside, but most extensive rodent activity requires repairs inside the walls and cement work to stop the tunneling, and that needs to be done from the inside. It may not be the fastest and easiest way to do the work, but it’s the most effective. Your biggest cost would be sanitation and damage repair, so you need to seal the access points correctly to prevent pests from getting back in.
