>> Some people don't realize, but the garage door is one of the biggest and heaviest things in their home. They range between 100 to 150 lb, all the way up to 400, 500 lb, sometimes even more. Um, it is very important that you take all the precautions possible when working on these. Every one of our techs is trained, licensed, and insured. We make sure to lock the torsion system before working on it every single time. We also make sure to test the auto reverse mechanism, as well as the photo eye, the safety sensors, on every visit. Um, the main thing is never rush the job, always take your time, safety first. Well, I just been seeing a lot of people, customers, getting taken advantage of. I realized there's an opportunity. Um, all you had to do was be honest, do the right job, um, not panic sell to client telling them, "Hey, you have to do this and this is" and scare them into buying stuff that they don't need. Um, I just knew better and I knew that by being honest, we can actually just by being honest, we can actually make a business, you know, cuz there's so many bad actors out there. We started back in 2009. Um, I I chose the name personally, Integrity Garage Doors, and we try to live by that name. Well, it really comes down to two things. Labor, we make sure we do the job right the first time. Never have to come back again to fix our job a second time. >> [snorts] >> And, uh, second thing is the quality of the part itself. We make sure to, um, source all of our parts locally. They're all made in the US. We make sure to pair these two together. Good labor, good parts, and customers are happy. Well, of course, the first question is, are you licensed contractors? In the state of California, you need to have a contractor's license to practice garage door repair. Uh, so, make sure to check whether or not your contractor is indeed a contractor and he's licensed and insured. The second thing is, um, obviously clarify the price before the job begins. Make sure that you have the full price. We make sure to give the client full price with no surprises, including parts, labor, taxes, all of that. There's no surprise when we finish the job. Uh, so, make sure to get the price up front. Uh, third thing is, um, whether or not they can perform the job within that same day, on the spot, uh, or they will have to come back. Um, those are three that come to mind, but, uh, those are Yeah, those are really good three questions to ask, um, before hiring contractor. Well, um, you talking to me right now. I'm the owner of the company. Uh, we have been family-owned business since 2009. Um, we've been here for a while. Full price up front, as I mentioned earlier. There is never going to be a surprise with us. Uh, you always get the price before we lay finger on the door. Um, we fix what's broken. We never fix anything that does not need to be fixed. So, we aim to, um, be honest with the customer, tell them exactly what they need and what they don't need. We have five-star reviews. Um, we have I don't know how many reviews now, but we have five-star rating. Um, we now listed on Diamond Certified. We are on several other directories and, uh, we here to stay. >>
