>> I believe what makes us different is that we're a full-service electrical contracting company, but we're also a general contracting company. So, we hold both licenses in the electrical and general construction. And that basically means that we have a better understanding of what it takes to complete a project from the electrical side, and also it helps with, um, when it comes to our general construction aspect, that we're able to advance our projects a lot quicker because we're able to handle the electrical aspect in-house. >> Yeah, so when I get into this business, uh, whenever I get asked that question, it's really just a matter of explaining my father's story. We were founded in 2008. And, um, he, uh, strived to, uh, be a better electrician, and, uh, he put into me and my brother's minds that, um, it's really just a matter of passion and hard work. Um, I realized that, um, there's a beauty in the technical side and as well as in the business side. And, um, me and Ruben are going to continue to, uh, be better, and we know we can. >> Yeah, so the process of doing the main service upgrade is pretty straightforward when you're working with the right team. Over here at Penna Electric, we handle both the city permitting and we handle the PG&E application. So, because we handle all that in-house, um, we're able to streamline the process to make it as quick as possible and easy to do. So, that when it comes time to actually do the work, we have all the paperwork ready, and, um, we're able to disconnect the old main service and reconnect the new main service to leave, um, no downtime for the customers. Yeah, so our approach to customer service is pretty much, um, our ideology. That is, um, the best ability is availability. So, pretty much I feel that the best way that I can be there for my customers is by being there when they need me. Pretty much picking up a phone call, responding when they need me, and being there in the case of emergency or anything at all that they need me there for, I can be there. >> Yeah, so whenever we handle a home rewire with knob and tube, we make sure to approach it carefully and strategically. So, first off we, uh, start off by an inspection. We make sure to count every room and see how much work is actually going to be done. So, once we're done with that, we make sure to protect the floor and as well as any valuables. So, after that we start to rewire while ensuring that the homeowner still has power to do any of the work. And then once we're done, we'll make sure to turn off the power, the old power of knob and tube, and start off with the new system. >> Yeah, so from what I realized throughout my years of experience, I've seen a lot of property owners mistake the lowest bidder for having a good enough quality. So, don't let this fool you. I'm not trying to tell you to go for the highest bidder automatically, but I want you to realize and think that a lot of times when you go for the lowest bidder, you might not get the actual quality that you want. So, we at Pemco Electric we make sure to give you the ease of mind and as well as giving you the highest quality possible. >>
