>> Helpful expertise for us is making sure the right professionals answering the questions you have. Meaning, my architect is going to be in charge of making sure that we're defining the scope of work inside the city boundaries, making sure that we're building according to what is required from zoning perspectives, and we're not designing something that's not going to get approved. Whether it's my interior designer that's focusing on answering the layout questions and understanding flow and how we're going to design the kitchen or the bathroom around your life. Uh, whether it's my engineer who's answering the questions when it comes to the structural limitations that we're going to meet or trying to do some value engineering, whether it's understanding how we can design this differently to save us some money. So, uh, in my book that would be considered uh the best way to give you helpful expertise is actually having the right expert answering the questions. So, I think what where Clarity really excels at is by creating clarity. So, we create design plans for every single space we're going to work on. So, whether it's a bathroom or a kitchen, doesn't matter. The design is going to be extremely detailed. Um, what we found over the years is what a homeowner has in their mind and what the field worker has in their mind is sometimes different. So, in order to consolidate that, we create a very detailed plan. In this plan, you're going to have elevations for every single wall that we're going to work on. So, I we go into these granular details of what height we're going to put certain things, uh what's the distance going to be between the countertop to the mirror that we're going to install above. Creating very detailed plans like this makes sure that everybody is on the same page and we're actually building something that the homeowner approved to begin with. Uh, so, having these plans are instrumental to making sure that the homeowner is happy at the end of the job, 100%. Well, I think what they really need to focus on is a couple of aspects. Number one, the capabilities of the team to even deliver the job. Um, I see this a lot where companies, let's say in the remodeling space, are acting as construction companies and trying to build things where they're not set up for it. They don't have their own framing teams. They don't know how to work with foundations. So, really getting into the nitpicking of understanding, is the team that I'm trying to hire qualified for the job that I'm trying to make. That's I think that's where it should really start. Um, another thing should be a very defined scope of work. Any ambiguity in your scope of work is going to lead to change orders. It's very simple. Um, the way we write our scopes are very inclusive. We provide a very wide range of what is going to happen, when is it going to happen, and what exactly is included and what is not. So, I think that's something that you really need to focus on is making sure your scope of work is extremely defined and, uh, well written, I would say. Um, what else should they be asking? Well, I think the design aspect is extremely important, especially for us. Um, I could say that even if I frame your home perfectly, nobody's going to come in and compliment your framing. They're going to really compliment the design of the the finished space. So, by having our own interior designers that are actually developing, I would say award-winning designs, is really going to give you that end result that you're looking for. So, when you're working with a GC that doesn't have an interior designer and it's not part of the package, uh, that could lead to a lot of problems over time. So, by not having that built into the process, uh, we find that the GCs are not really connected to what's really going to be delivered, and that can create a lot of problems. So, I would focus on on that aspect as well. Well, I think, uh, what people should know is that we're actually really dedicated to the process, not only to delivering the result. Meaning, a big motto that we have here in the company is not only to deliver the project, but actually to deliver an enjoyable experience. Um, our dedication to customer service, I think, exceeds uh normal standards that we see in the industry. Uh, my team is very dedicated to answering questions immediately. We take a proactive approach instead of a reactive one. Um, I see this too much in the industry where people don't take the time to actually update the clients, and they just end up reacting to clients' questions. And we want to be the one to actually lead this. We want to make sure that the client is well informed, not needing to reach out to us for updates. So, our big focus is about making sure the experience is very good, and my whole team is dedicated to that experience. That's very important for us. Well, I think it's a mix of things, really. Um, the design-build aspect is one thing where we combine the whole design aspect into the construction itself, all under one roof. We really have a design center here in Santa Clara, where you can come, you can meet our architect, you can meet our interior designer. We're all going to share a room and discuss about your plan and build together in one aspect. Next thing is we have a custom CRM built for our clients. In this CRM, you're going to have a client portal. In this client portal, you're going to have, um, access to all the financial side of your project, to the Gantt chart of the schedule, what's going to happen in what week, etc., etc. You're going to have access to all your files in one place. You're going to be able to generate a report, a financial report for the whole project, seeing what date you received, we received what payment, what is still left due, etc. We believe in really creating clarity. So, some of these companies working out there, they're not as organized and they don't have this kind of visibility for the client to see what's happening inside this project. And we find that combining this with the design aspect, with the project management aspect, with the dedicated project manager, with site supervisors, the job of a site supervisor is to literally to supervise the workers themselves, making sure they're building things according to what it's supposed to be. So, we have all this quality control built into our process, making sure that the result is actually delivered the way it's supposed to be. Um, so, by combining all these three aspects, it really gives you a nice big bear hug when we're, uh, going into a remodeling project. Remodeling can be extremely stressful. Not having that structured process, uh, is chaotic, to be honest. So, what we do really well is organizing and combining all these aspects of design, finish material, engineering, architectural, project management, all built into one big, uh, bear hug, really, for construction. So, I think that's what really makes us different in the market than other companies. >>
