Golden View Renovation builds custom homes, room additions and accessory dwelling units (ADUs); remodels kitchens and bathrooms; and provides other general construction services for residential clients in Santa Clara, San Mateo, Contra Costa, and Alameda Counties. Owner Guy Benshoshan says Golden View Renovation was founded to provide a level of service that’s rarely seen in the construction industry. “A lot of contractors outsource designs and don’t oversee planning, which can leave their customers frustrated with delays, extra payments and poor workmanship. With our in-house design department and emphasis on thorough pre-construction checks, we maintain full control of our clients’ projects from the very beginning.”
