Will you clean up at the end of each workday?

Yes, I clean each jobsite while I’m working and again at the end of the day. I take pride in keeping my clients’ properties clean and in good shape.

Will you take care of permits for me?

Yes, as part of my design/build process, I’ll submit the permit application and plans to the city for approval. I’ll also take care of the inspections to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Can you provide finish materials?

Definitely. I have my own showroom, so once I determine what your project needs, I can help you select finishes and make sure everything works together in terms of style, color, and texture.

What materials are popular right now?

In the last few years, porcelain slabs for countertops, backsplashes and bathroom walls have become very popular. Luxury vinyl flooring has also grown in popularity.

Will you need to work on my home on the weekends?

No, I don’t work on weekends unless it’s necessary to complete a project in a specific time frame.
