So if your home has been diagnosed with dry wood termites and the option of fumigation is out of the question due to a common wall, uh, you live in an apartment building, uh, you really can't do a fumigation. What we do is we come in and do a localized treatment. A localized treatment is not invasive.
You do not need to leave your home. Uh, what we do is we come in and we will drill a series of holes into the infected area and inject a material in there, uh, to address the termites. Um, again, you do not need to leave your home for dry wood termites. Localized treatment usually takes about an hour to two hours depending on how many locations, um, the inspector finds during the inspection.
