"They are forthright and do good work. What stood out to me first was how much they helped when I originally reached out to set up the service. I was in an awkward situation at the time, away from my home and the scheduling person was very accommodating with great attention to detail. Also, once I started using them and found a rhythm, I came to appreciate their honesty. In the contract, they called to my attention that it's hard to find and maintain quality resources as far as vendors and the delivery of products on their end. The fact that they are forthright with that in the contracts with their customers is impressive to me. I also hire people and vendors as a part of my work and understand that their contractual terms can change depending on what they're facing, as far as their operation. I have tried to establish a relationship with a cleaning service in the past and it is very hard to find good ones.
