She is open early in the morning at 7:00 AM and stays open late, so it is convenient to pick things up. Their customer service is excellent. If you arrive there a little late, and they are still there, they will let you in to pick up your things. They never turn people away. I have been doing business with them since 2000, and I take a lot of things there. They do a professional job. Their prices are reasonable. If something needs sewing, they will take care of that too. On one occasion, when I had forgotten my wallet, Stacy let me pick my things up and told me to pay her on Friday. I have recently moved, but I still drive across town to take my clothes there. I just love her. "
