I'm Nathan Wisman. I'm the owner of Wise Builders Remodeling in San Jose, California. Here at Wise Builders, we specialize in an array of home remodeling projects, ranging from design and build all the way down to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, additions, and new construction remodeling projects. Wise Builders was founded in 2016 in my brother's, uh, basement essentially. Uh, we started this company in 2016. Fast forward till today, we now have five project managers working in our company, a full exclusive showroom, and we run anywhere between 30 and 35 projects running at any given time. One of our project managers noticed that the backsplash in the kitchen, uh, wasn't coming out to the best that we're able to offer. And as we noticed that the quality of work towards the ending section of the backsplash installation wasn't up to our par and our standards, our project manager took the decision to rip out that section of backsplash, call the client, let the client know that there's going to be an additional 2-3 day delay in order to get the, uh, material at the job site. Uh, doing so, the client came back to us when we got everything all said and done and said, I appreciated it so much that I didn't have to point this out to you, that your project manager came, noticed the issue, took initiative, and got the job done correctly, even if it meant a little bit of a delay. It all matters about how you finish a project just as much as how much you start it. A big fear that consumers have typically when getting into a renovation process is what's lying behind the walls.
