[Music]. Oz Wardak with Sun Made Energy, and I am the president. We are a solar panel installations company providing installations for our customers throughout California. We also do troubleshooting and service for our customers as well. We are different from our competitors, with the approach that we take towards customer service and customer success. That is first and foremost the most important thing to our company, and we treat every single customer individually as if they were the only customer that we had. One of the things that we pride ourselves on is the expertise that we have in this field. Me being a veteran of the solar industry, I have completed the engineering, procurement, and construction of over 4,000 projects throughout the entire state of California. This year, we had a customer who had been wanting to go solar because he had bills of upwards of a thousand dollars, but a few other companies had tried and unsuccessfully attempted to get a permit for this residence. What we did was we took an innovative approach to solving this problem by working with the county as well as the homeowner, structural engineers, and also electrical engineers to finally get the permit for our customer. As a result, we were able to install a 21kw SunPower solar system onto the residence of our customer, taking his bills from a thousand dollars a month to only 400 a month. We actually are able to provide our customers much better customer service as well as lower pricing because we are only working locally rather than nationally. So, I believe that is something very important when choosing a company is to work with somebody who is local and has the correct certifications. We make solar simple.
