I'm Dr Jag Daisy. I'm here at Springtown Wellness Center. We've been in practice here for almost 15 years in the East Bay, with offices here in Livermore, Santone, and Fremont, California. Predominant our services here are chiropractic. We do post-accident rehabilitation, and we also do a lot of customized weight loss protocols. Most of the people that come here know the quality of care that we get a lot is based upon how we treat the individual. We treat everyone who walks in the door like they were family. You would get no less of care than you would if I was treating my own children or my own mother. Most people appreciate that because they know you're not walking out here 2 minutes. Whatever time it takes to get you better, it's going to take you better. Whatever tools I need to get you to that point, we will use that. As a California state-appointed qualified medical valuer and an industrial disability examiner, when there's a dispute arising over people's care, I am one of the doctors they send the case to, to evaluate to see if you're getting proper care. So you know that when you come in here, you're already being treated by this guy who deals with everybody else's issues that see to done well. So you know when you're here, they can be done properly and the way it should be done. I had a patient who had seen me a couple of months ago. She moved away, came back into the area, and tracked me down at one of my offices and said, "Hey Doc, I know it's been a while. I'm really hurting. I can't move anywhere else. Can I see you?" I said, "Absolutely. I'm at one of my other offices, but you're more than welcome to come by." She drove 2 hours to come see me, coming barely crawling in the door. We sat down, we worked on her a little bit. Fifteen minutes later, she hops up off the bed, gives me a big hug, and starts crying in my arms. All she kept saying is "Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you." And I'm like, "Wow, I'm glad I can help you. You have no idea." I know it's been several months since I've seen you. You've been like this for three. I couldn't physically get out of bed. It just blows you away. It occurs a lot more than you would think it would, but it happens a lot where symptoms do resolve that fast.
