From there, he can go out to his van and do all the work that he finds necessary. My technicians are background checked. They are drug tested randomly. They are trained every week. We all sit down every Thursday and go over all the upcoming code issues, making sure that they're the best and always the most informed, and always doing the best for our clients. We're always doing things way better and way more efficiently so that we can always be the Nordstroms-type provider for our clients.
