Hi, I'm Pete Scutter. I'm president of Scutter Roofing Company. Well, the type of work we perform is we do a lot of custom re-roofing, especially about 60 percent of our roofs are our re-roofs, and about 40 is commercial and commercial in new construction. But our primary focus is residential customer base and how that. We've been doing that 28 years now. Our focus is the minute they call us. The team's focus on that customer satisfaction is 100. Customer satisfaction is our objective and our goal, and it's from every level of the company. One of our biggest prizes are diamond certification. We're really proud of that, of that reference vehicle, and, you know, as a certification goes, our references. We've done over 15,000 roofs on the Monterey Peninsula and be able to say we have a reference base of this many people who refer us again. Eighty-nine percent of our work is referral based, word of mouth and referral. We track all that, so it's really important to us to make sure we keep that, we keep that in those high numbers.
