Hi there. My name is Dennis Yandle. I'm the sales manager here at Shugar Luxury Bath. I started here back in January or so of 2016. Here at Shugar Luxury Bath, we do bathrooms. I'm sure that's not surprising. We do everything from wet areas, which we would be something like a tub to shower conversion. We also do tub to tub, shower to shower conversions, and we do complete bathroom models. All we do are bathrooms. So, we're expert in bathrooms. We've been doing bathrooms for goodness gracious, uh, since 2006, which is over 20 years. One of the questions people ask us a lot is, "How are we different from other local providers?" And I think number one, we are specialists in bathroom remodeling. That's all we do. We don't do anything else. We don't do roofing. We don't do just bathroom. We don't do kitchens. And we're doing it for a long time. So, people know we're going to do what we say. We We're not going to run into anything new in doing a bathroom. Nothing's going to pop up and we're going to go, "Oh, what is that?" It's not like that. We really are experts in it. We really have a lot of credentials and certifications. Number one, Better Business Bureau. We've been an accredited A+ rated Better Business Bureau member for nearly 20 years. And the other thing, you know, we talk a lot about is our Diamond, uh, certification, right? So, again, almost 20, we've 17 years we've been Diamond certified. And it is powerful in terms of people worrying about, "Hey, are they going to do what they say? Do I feel comfortable with these people?" And you know, we have over 424 reviews that were done over 17 years, and where in Diamond certified actually calls and checks it out. So, we're also a Hall of Fame recipient and a Best of the East Bay, uh, which has a contest every year. So, we've won it so many times that that's the signification for it. You You know, one of the amazing things about our company's history, you could really define it in one word. And that word is unbelievable. The The company was started by Peter Schicker who was a immigrant from Switzerland, a Swiss engineer, uh that came over and started Schicker Luxury Shower Door, which is one of our family of companies that handles all our shower door installations, in 1980. Uh if you can imagine since 1980 all the different economic situations that happened, to get through that and still be and be now one of the best renowned uh Schicker Shower Door the shower door companies anywhere is fantastic. We're still here. We're still here taking care of care of customers and believe it or not in that time we've helped over 9,000 customers with some sort of bathroom project.
