[Music] hi I'm Mike Ross president of Ross riffing the type of products that we offer are anything that has to do with Roofing basically shingles slates tile waterproofing you know shakes and shingles asphalt shingles wood shingles as well as low slope Roofing like Duralast and single ply type products as well as hot asphalt type products the 1950 is when we started and my grandfather uh was a lead Foreman over at CL Frost in the in the 40s and and uh finally he decided he'd try to go out on his own in 1950 he opened up shop and became his own roofing company and uh we've been going for 62 years now I'm quite proud of that I think we've developed throughout the years a very keen systematized process in how we approach a roof and not just for building homeowners we also do it for General Contractors that we do business with so we have a front end to our our U process of of pre-construction meetings with the homeowner or or building contractor and we also have um uh ongoing project management processes that we keep in place on a daily basis during the job and then on the back end of the job we have a final inspection that's we call it our zero defect inspection 98% of our customers say that they would use this again and that they were very satisfied and would actually refer us to their friends and Associates if uh you were to choose us we would have um that rich Legacy a history of of 62 years of riffing and experience and knowledge and you know we wouldn't be doing this if our prices weren't fair and our quality wasn't excellent if you're looking for a riffing contractor that's service oriented and can provide you with a topnotch riffing experience give Ross riffing a call we won't disappoint you [Music]
