Hi, I'm Mike Ross, president of Ross Riffing. The type of products that we offer are anything that has to do with roofing. Basically, shingles, slates, tile, waterproofing, you know, shakes and shingles, asphalt shingles, wood shingles, as well as low slope roofing like Duralast and single ply type products, as well as hot asphalt type products. The 1950s is when we started. My grandfather was a lead foreman over at CL Frost in the 40s, and finally, he decided he'd try to go out on his own. In 1950, he opened up shop and became his own roofing company, and we've been going for 62 years now. I'm quite proud of that. I think we've developed throughout the years a very keen, systematized process in how we approach a roof, and not just for building homeowners. We also do it for general contractors that we do business with. So, we have a front end to our process of pre-construction meetings with the homeowner or building contractor, and we also have ongoing project management processes that we keep in place on a daily basis during the job. Then, on the back end of the job, we have a final inspection.
