Hi, my name is Eric Margia. I am the owner of Renson Automotive here in Campbell, California. Here at Renson Automotive, we do the majority of automotive repairs and diagnosis service, from a basic oil change to brakes, to AC service, to diagnosis electric work, and also four-wheel alignment and suspension needs. We service everyday cars, from our basic domestics to imports to European luxuries. Renson Automotive has been around since the mid 70s, helping numerous clients return from all over the Bay Area. We have been around for a while, and we started as a small shop. Now, we've had the opportunity to expand and grow to seven lifts with an alignment rack here, catering to more business and repeat business as well. Sometimes, when bringing a vehicle to an auto service shop, it can be a little scary, not knowing what is to come up in an inspection. We are fully transparent with our repairs and our estimates. We won't start any repair unless there is an authorized diagnosis and the agreement between the customer and our advisors. We want to be as helpful as we can to alleviate that fear of bringing it in and having a hidden surprise of an expensive repair. So, we always try our best to explain the cost and the repair process to have a better understanding of what you're investing in with your repair. Recently, we were able to help out a new client that came to our shop. They had been at a previous shop with an estimate at close to ten thousand dollars. After further inspecting it with our technicians, we were able to find the actual failure of the component, and we were able to help the client with a much reduced price because it needed less work than anticipated, and then helping the client save money on repairs.
