[Music] My name is Daniel Davis, and I am a foreman for Intentional Contracting. At Intentional Contracting, we will build anything from a new winery to that deck out back that you've been avoiding for years. We do residential and commercial. Some of the things that we do at IC are framing, concrete, siding, and everything in between. If something is out of our scope, we have great subcontractors that we have worked with for years. A lot of people choose to work with IC just because we have a reputation of good communication and organization. That is something that you'll get from the office to out in the field. Our staff is knowledgeable and highly experienced. We have people that bring specialties, such as timber framing, to knowing custom concrete. We ensure quality by making sure we have the right employee for the right job. What I mean by that is if we're doing concrete, then we're going to pull our best concrete guy and put him out there. If we're doing a gazebo, we're going to get our master timber framer from Germany to do that job. In 1999, my dad, Matt Davis, started the company. Prior to him starting, he worked in the trades for 20 plus years, framing, concrete, and working as a superintendent. We serve Sonoma, Napa, Marin County, as well as Mendocino County, and we do go down to San Francisco. Some of the reasons you should choose us over our competitors are 25 years of experience, our great reputation, good communication skills, and our fair pricing. We have a reputation of being very transparent, thorough, and communicating that at the beginning. By being thorough in the beginning, we prevent surprise costs and scheduling issues.
