My name is David Guidone with Guidone & Sons. Painting and Decorating. I'm one of the owners and the estimator here. Uh, and Guidone & Sons performs interior painting, exterior painting, cabinetry, commercial, residential, pretty much anything that can be painted, we paint it. I would say one of the biggest differences Guidone & Sons is from other companies is uh we're very thorough with our work. We, uh, show up on time. We're really organized and efficient on how we complete jobs. And at the same time, we're very communicative with the homeowners throughout the entire process so that they feel very comfortable with everything that's being done to their home. Here at Guidone & Sons, we've had employees that have worked for us for a very long time. It's not a lot of in and out, a lot of changing of employees. So, we have employees that have been here for 20 years that can do everything from floating out walls, spraying cabinets, they know how to use equipment, all the way down to guys that are just starting to begin and being educated on the proper way that Guidone & Sons does our painting. Guidone & Sons started back in 2000. in a bedroom in my, my father Carey Guidone's home with our, and our shop was our garage right out of San Anselmo. We've been in, in Marin County working since, since 2000. But now we've gone from around two employees to around 15 to 20 depending on kind of the time of year, what's going on. And we've moved into a nice building in San Rafael with a big shop and gone from painting bathrooms to painting apartment buildings to really high-end homes in Tiburon, Sausalito, and, and all around Marin County. A lot of times I notice that customers, a lot of the main concerns they have are one, are the prices accurate, how high are they, how low are they, is the work getting done properly and the right steps are being taken so that the money that they're spending because nothing is cheap nowadays or that the project is getting done properly so that everything lasts as long as it, as it should.
