I'm Chris Wells and I'm the owner and president of Christopher Wells construction. Primarily, our work is in San Francisco on residential property remodeling, repairing, and building additions on houses. Anything from a kitchen, bath remodel to a whole house remodel, foundation work, all the way up through everything. I've got a lot of experience in doing home inspections where I've been through a lot of houses. More than 3,000 houses have crawled under, on top of, around through. I've gained a lot of knowledge about the other trades. Plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems. I understand engineering a lot so I really know how a house goes together in all of its components. If you take the experience of my entire crew, there's probably well over a 100 years of experience combined. That kind of experience is what makes the jobs go faster. It makes us able to see ahead down the road when there's going to be some kind of a problem. We are fully licensed and insured. We do everything the way we're supposed to do it. Diamond certified philosophy is for Quality. I think above anything else and that's the same. That's My Philosophy too. It costs more because it takes more time and it requires using better materials contractors get.
