Hi, my name is Nathan D. Charm. I'm the owner of Capstone Roofing. Been in business since 1989. We provide any type of roofing service: metal, commercial. We've done Starbucks, we've done Applebee's, PetSmart. We've done huge commercial projects, and then we've also done small apartment residential. So, we have enough manpower where we can take on any project. My dad started the company in '89. He retired in '99, and I took over on my own and slowly built up, you know, from three guys to where we are today with 30 guys. Most people go with a composition asphalt product. There are different options with composition roofs as far as style, thickness, and I can help people make the decision that would best suit their finances and the look of the house. Well, one of my foremen I started working with, um, when I was 19 years old, and we're still together. So, we've been together 27 years, and I've had nine guys that have been with me since 1999. So, we're like family. Everyone, I don't have to tell anyone what to do. When I leave the job, they work the same as whether I'm there or not. So, I'm very fortunate. Before we even get up on the roof, we go around the whole house, protect the property, put tarps down, plywood against the house if it's steep and the roofing debris is going to be coming off. Um, I have a special piece of equipment that can catch the debris before it even hits the ground. Ninety percent of our jobs we do is a one-day project. We come in with a big crew and we just do it in a day. I'm certified with GAF, and what that allows me to do is give homeowners an extended warranty, which most warranties, they all say lifetime. Now, what homeowners don't realize is that's just the first 10 years is labor and material. With us, if they get an extended warranty, it's the same 50 years as it was the first 10.
