Hi, my name is Ricardo Valderrama, owner of Bay Hill Heat and Air. Here at Bay Hill, what we do is we do all phases of heating and air conditioning. Our work will start from the original tear out of all the equipment. We do find some homes that they'll have asbestos, and we'll have all together packages on a single job. We'll get together the abatement company to remove and relocate the ductwork. We'll get all of permits from the city, and we'll take care of all phases of patching the walls, fixing the floors, everything that has to do with our work related to any heating and air conditioning system. What we do is create an environment where the customer, at the end of the day, when they turn the heater on, or the air conditioner on, will actually feel comfortable, and you'll have any type of noise coming from the heating system. We offer five year warranty, both parts and labor. Anything that will go wrong with the equipment, there is absolutely no charge for the equipment. We handle all types of permits or licenses required for the job. The customer doesn't have to do anything. I will go and personally take care of all the equipment being delivered, make sure that everything is on time. Once we agreed to the price, the price is hotter than would be, no surprises or no hidden cost. I like to have a special relationship with my customers where they feel comfortable, and they could always get in touch with me. So mainly, it's the personal relationship with my clients that I try to emphasize a lot with customers. Thank you for watching this video.
