American Home renewal is a specialty contractor we do exterior siding custom replacement windows Gutters and exterior doors we have 13 different manufacturers in the window door and exterior division where we're able to really select a product and window of choice to be specific to the to both the client and the the property that we're coming into some of the biggest reasons you should choose us is because we've been 13 years in business same owner same name same license number and we're really really quality focused in fact we have an exclusive satisfaction first policy whereby the client pays nothing until the job's done and they're totally satisfied our staff has great expertise and knowledge in fact our production manager was a licensed contractor himself from the field 20 years all our estimators themselves come from the construction field and our installers themselves are either almost certified Master installers or they're at least Factory trained and most of them have been with us since the day we opened we ensure quality in all of our installations by having a member of our office staff call the client on day one to make sure they're having a good experience with the installation we also do random inspections we ask for surveys to be returned we have quite a few certifications and Awards in fact we're one of only 10 companies on James Hardy's National Advisory board we're also the only preferred James Hardy dealer in the Bay Area where our installers are almost certified Master installers we're very happy to be a diamond certified company in fact this is our eighth consecutive year here at American Home renewal we're passionate about being in business because we really enjoy taking care of our clients building the business and you know going around and helping people make their homes more energy efficient 14 years ago when we wrote our business and our marketing plan part of our mission statement is that we want to exceed expectations to create a lifelong client thank you
