Uh, so helpful expertise is giving the customer advice about certain, uh, products or certain installations, um, or items that they might not be thinking about during their remodel or their new build. Um, you know, it's a big process, and we're focusing on the electrical portion of the build. So just being able to give the customer those feedbacks about like, um, you know, the Christmas or holiday outlets that, um, usually get missed, or, uh, even like night lights around the home. So just extra outlets in certain areas that you might want to light up, um, at night time, or, um, any other exterior outlets for entertainment. Um, so just there's just little small things that, uh, a lot of times homeowners forget about during the build and later on we come back and add. So we try to just give that feedback up front so that, uh, it just saves time and, and everything else, um, towards the end of the project. Uh, so [clears throat] just starting off, uh, 2004 as electrician, uh, and then of course like family and friends they start asking, "Oh, you're electrician. Can you come help me with, uh, whatever electrical, um, items they had at their home or businesses?" Um, and, uh, when I realized I could start doing this on my own, it inspired me. Um, and then fast forward after all the experience and training, in 2019 is when I, uh, went out and got my, my license and started, uh, Pro Team Electric. Uh, what I enjoy about the work that I do is the finished product, of course. Uh, just looking at the how everything turns out at the very end. But also, um, the troubleshooting. There's been, um, numerous situations where homeowners have called and said, "Hey, you know, half of my, of my home or business is not working. We've had other electricians come out and they cannot figure it out." Uh, we go out and, and take the time and, and dig into it and, and figure it out, and, you know, the customer is, is like, "Wow, you know, you guys really took your time and, and figured it out and didn't give up." Um, so when the, uh, it, it, it inspires me and motivates me just to get that type of feedback from the customer, uh, that we're able to solve a problem, um, and we took the time to, to get it right. So, deliver high quality and make, and, and to make sure that the project turns out, um, as, as best as, as possible, we like to have our, uh, initial meeting, uh, with the customer, uh, which, of course, we'll bring our, our notepad or our tablet to jot down information, um, and get feedback at that point. Um, after that, we have what's called a box walk where we'll go over, uh, with the customer, um, all the locations of the lights, plugs, and switches so they could physically see it. Um, and then again, we'll have another meeting after we install all the wires and everything is installed before everything gets covered up by sheetrock. Um, so the customer make sure that they, uh, they have exactly what they want, um, and they could see everything before, uh, it gets covered up and, um, and we, you know, we make sure we don't miss anything. So, that's just how we, um, yeah, we have a, a great final result. Uh, so I played, um, sports in high school and in college. Uh, also now I still do some youth, um, youth coaching. Um, I use that as a, as a tool and as an example for, uh, ProTeam Electric, um, and a lot of the guys that also work with the company also have background in sports. And so we try to just just deliver that to the customer, to the, to the homeowner, just that whole team driven atmosphere and, and, and, and bouncing off each others strengths just to get the job done, done and, and, and delivered well to give that, you know, finished final, um, quality to the customer.
