Well, helpful expertise to us means that we'll take the time to help owners make a good decision for them about their remodeling goals, whether they choose to work with us or not. Um, so as a design build company, our clients are typically professional homeowners in Silicon Valley who appreciate and expect remodeling professionals who will listen to their needs and wants, provide great design options, excellent communication, follow through, and transparency throughout the entire duration of the project. So, one example of that would is that we prepare a really thorough scope and budgetary summary of their project to demonstrate that we've listened to their needs and will set their expectations about timing and investment before they commit to designing and doing a project with us. So, I'm an engineer by education and I spent the first 25 years of my career in high-tech here in the valley in various sales, marketing, service, and support leadership roles. So, I'm detailed. I'm process focused, but I also have a good eye and for an appreciation of great design work. So, I've always had an interest in home improvement in my own homes and had a number of good and bad experiences with people I've hired over the years in my past life. Well, I was inspired to start my business because I was ready to change my career direction and kind of get out of the high-tech rat race. Uh, and I was willing to take a risk in owning and running my own company. So learning from the lessons uh from my own experience as a homeowner, I felt that a strong level of professionalism and client focus would make a significant difference to other homeowners that kind of appreciated the same qualities and characteristics that I do. And when I was a homeowner, the best experience I ever had was with a really fantastic design build residential landscaping company. So, I felt that applying that same integrated total ownership model was something that really appealed to me and thought would make a difference in the marketplace here. Wow. The thing I really enjoy about our business and the work we do is seeing the final results from these new home spaces that both our clients and our team love, and taking the pride in getting a really fantastic review from the homeowners that demonstrates their appreciation for the team and how they were treated by them. That part never gets old. Well, quality for us just begins in the very beginning with design. So getting the details right and documented. Our drawings are really detailed and thorough and enable our clients, our team, the building department, and our trade partners to know exactly what needs to be done to ensure that vision we had becomes reality. The other is just managing the details during construction. We use a cloud-based project management system that tracks every aspect of the project from the initial inquiry to tracking warranty and everything in between. And we've built a series of quality checklists to use in production every step of the way to ensure we don't miss any critical details. And the last one I would say is we have really strong partnerships and alliances. We work with the best local trade partners and suppliers we can find who are experts in their field, and they provide great guidance, flexibility, and follow through. And we meet with these people every year to ensure we're aligned in our business and our quality practices. We've done a number of things. Uh, we've been first of all following all of the Santa Clara County guidelines at a very minimum. But one of the things we've done is we've made portable toilets standard on the job site, assuming that the site, you know, enables us to do that, the homeowners association and the client's comfortable with it. So, we minimize the amount of time we spend inside the client's home using their facilities. Um, we've just been, we've always been very thorough about dust protection, floor protection, but we've just augmented that with, you know, ensuring that everybody is wearing a mask. We're working to get all of our team, in fact, our entire production team now is fully vaccinated. Uh, so that's made a big difference and made our customers feel a lot more comfortable. And we've also just continued to just be very thorough about keeping the job site as clean as possible.
