So, um, trust in site clients' homes is extremely important at BA House Cleaning, um, which is why we only hire employees, no contractors. We are licensed, insured, bonded. But we also carry workman's comp insurance, which is a big and very important distinction. So, if an employee was to slip and fall in a client's home or anything like that, that's where this insurance comes in handy. And not just handy, but almost like a crucial thing. Um, it protects not just the employee, it protects the homeowner, as well as the business. Um, we also put a lot of emphasis on our hiring systems, training, and coaching our existing staff. Um, we're big on accountability and quality. So, after each cleaning, our customers are asked to provide some feedback or just a score on a scale. And that helps us a lot, um, setting standards, making sure the customers are satisfied. Um, and then we want to always make it a safe, professional, and trustworthy experience for our clients. So, it was a little not traditional, but mainly for family reasons. Um, when I first had my first child, first daughter, um, I was supposed to return to work 6 weeks later, and that just felt too short for me personally. So, I had always enjoyed cleaning, and I was really good at it. So, I was helping some friends that I knew, family members, and before I knew it people were referring people and I started being really busy, started hiring some help. Um, prior to that my background was in accounting, HR, business, which has helped me tremendously, um, in starting, growing, running the business. Um, so a funny fact is um, I actually worked until I was 8 months pregnant with our second daughter. So I was still cleaning houses, um, at 8 months pregnant. Um, in fact, probably some of our clients still remember that. We have had some clients for a really, really long time. And um, some still mention that. Um, I really enjoyed helping busy families reduce stress and just reclaim their time. So consistency is one of the biggest priorities at BA House Cleaning. Um, anyone can clean a home once and do it well, but the goal is to provide a consistently great experience year after year. Um, we have created what we call, um, the BA House Cleaning Way, which is a structured approach for training, communication, quality control, customer care. Um, every technician receives training in our standards, uh, and we continue coaching them as they grow with the company. Uh, we also take customer feedback highly. In fact, we encourage it after every cleaning for a customer to share either full feedback or simply responding with a number letting us know how well we did that particular cleaning. Um, and strong communication between our office, the field staff, the customers, it is another component that we believe is extremely, extremely important in any business. We believe that quality isn't just about how clean the home is. It's also about the overall customer experience. So, we combine systems, accountability, and genuine care to deliver the best possible service. I think that the biggest thing people should know about BA House Cleaning is that we genuinely care. We are about our clients, our employees, and our community. Our team works incredibly hard and takes pride in what they actually do every single day. We invest heavily in training and supporting our cleaning professionals and creating opportunities for growth. Because we believe taking care of our employees helps us take better care of our customers. One thing that I'm specially proud of is our partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, which provides free house cleaning to individuals undergoing cancer treatments. And we've been, we donated hundreds of cleanings to local cancer patients and families over the years and have been recognized as top five in the nation in terms of the amount of cleanings, free cleanings we've provided. So, serving our community in that way is something that means a lot to our entire team. We truly build a company culture around care, reliability, and service. Um, I believe it's our combination of professionalism, systems, and heart. Um, we're a local family-owned business, um, but we invested or continue to invest heavily in creating strong systems, training programs, um, quality control, and customer support processes. Um, we employ our cleaning technicians, um, rather than using contractors, which allows us to provide greater consistency and accountability, as well. Um, we also are very focused on building long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees. Um, and another thing that sets us apart is our commitment to giving back. Through Clean for a Reason, we've been recognized as top five, um, cleaning companies in the nation, as I've mentioned earlier. Um, where we provide, um, free cleaning services to families, um, where a family member is undergoing cancer treatments. Um, we should really strive to provide the professionalism of a larger company while maintaining the personal touch and care of a local family-owned business. One thing that's been really interesting over the years is the impact our partnership with Clean for a Reason has had, not just on the families that we serve, but on the employees that choose to work here. We've provided hundreds of free cleanings to individuals undergoing cancer treatment and have been recognized as one of the top five providers in the nation. Um, what I've noticed is that many of our very best employees were actually drawn to our company because of that mission. During interviews, they'll often mention that they learned about our partnership with Cleaning For A Reason and that it resonated with them personally. Um, those tend to be the people who genuinely care about helping others, who go the extra mile for clients, and who share the same values we try to build our company around. So while Cleaning For A Reason obviously helps families going through the difficult times, it's also helped us build an incredible team of people who believe that what we do is about more than cleaning houses. It's about making a positive difference in someone's life. I think that's one of the reasons we've been able to build such a strong company culture over the years.
