Our client safety is number one. We always practice lockout tagout with our circuits that we're working on. Uh, we verify that there's no grounding throughout the actual circuit that we're working on. We do megging as well on it if we have to do mega transformers or mega our circuits throughout the facility or the house. Uh, we pull permits and then make sure if PG&E has a service with us that they're on board. We pull permits with PG&E as well as our permits same time. We schedule, you know, a lockout tagout with them, um, and then a meter release with the inspector that way we're back up and running and they verify with the—We verify with the inspector that it's done properly for the grounding of the building or the house that we're working on. Uh, we give them a panel inspection, um, and a panel schedule that we've done through the actual house or the building that we're working in that they can verify all the points that have been changed and it's a new panel schedule that matches up the different circuits. And we even label our face plates. In the houses, it depends on the client whether or not they want the circuits placed on there or we can give them a print of the new changes in the house that way they can verify what's happening throughout. This gives a little more competency if something happens. They can go and switch the breaker, know what areas are affected from the new circuits that have been installed. And that's our safety measures that happen. We also wear arc flash if we have to work anything hot. Uh, we have the rubber gloves and face shield as well that we work with. And we have two guys that work together, so if something should happen, there's another guy to assist as well. Well, I started working with a bunch of companies in my career and I enjoyed doing the projects and stuff and they were accomplished good. I had good crews I worked with so that was a big plus. So I can get a real job done. And then so from there, I mean, I was working in bunch of different projects in Disney World many years ago back in the day. In the 90s, Rock and Roller Coaster animation building. And then from there I went to San Francisco and had worked on a couple dot com centers of 600 amp service, 1200 amp, and was realizing over time that it would be easier to just not easier but, you know, more beneficial to be able to have a company if I'm running other people's work to have my own company and build my own team. And that's what we have today. It's a good team that we work with. It's team effort that like gets jobs done. It's not a one man show. Everybody has to be a part of it in order to become a good finished product for the client. And that was the reason I started a business because it's, it's nice to be able to give a successful job to a client and you have a team that presents a job to them. And everybody is appreciative of the job that when it's completed because it's a good team effort. And that's what inspired me to start a business. Work that I do is the greatest part is to help clients accomplish what they want to see happen, whatever it may be in their home or in their business, and help with them design and bring it to a completed situation that they enjoy and like and see to be able to make their life or their business better for them to work in. That's one of the nice things about it. And you build relationships that benefit you to be able to, you know, outreach to other businesses and people that enjoy working with you because you want to build that client relationship that way they trust you and other people do as well and say, "Hey, this guy did this and he brought it to what I wanted to see happen." So that's what you want to do for other people in the future as well. The high quality that we want to bring to our clients is to ensure that they're happy with whatever we're going to give them in the whole job. So, a lot of times, most of the time, we ask them what, you know, what they want to see happen, if they're happy with the products that we're putting in, and we tell them what we're putting in to ensure them that they're going to be satisfied with the outcome. I mean, be it even color changes, that whatever, what do we touch on the building or premises of the property, if we got to change the color of it to match the exterior interior, we'll take care of that as well. Because you don't want to look leave an unfinished looking product cuz it's not the way you want to see it as a client or a homeowner. So, that's one of the things we want to bring it to their satisfaction and any changes we'll make it adjust as the project goes to make sure they're completely happy with it. Uh, an interesting job customer we work with Halcon, a transportation company out of Chicago, and they have a bunch of charter buses that they use and they transport their clients to Apple, Google, uh, and to different spots, Stanford as well. Uh, and so, they need level three charging stations installed. So, the first one we installed was Fremont, Fremont. It was level three and it was three charging stations and it turned out to be very well. It was an older service at first and then we were able to use it. We did a PG&E green book standard, make sure the service is sized right for it. It had a bunch of automation built into the energy management system of it that allowed it to be able to, you be able to use for 300 amps each on each station off of a 1600 amp service. We pulled the permits and everything passed as far as that goes and it was a successful outcome. They actually had a tour with Apple and Google there showing them the product that they put together. And the next one we did with them as well was in San Jose where we installed seven other charging stations for them as well. And it was a design build and it worked out well and the customer was happy with it on that one. So, and permits passed as well with that one. And that's, that was an interesting one but it was exciting one to see big old charter buses pulling up and charging them up and then off they go. What our potential customers should know about our team and myself is that we strive to do quality work for them and make sure that whatever we do they're going to be satisfied with the outcome. Our team is certified, they're trained, and any steps that they take they verify with me a lot of time as well. Throughout not every little step because they're trained enough to know that, but as the progress of the job goes, they double-check to make sure it's a consistent because they want the outcome to look good as well. They don't want to do job that doesn't satisfy their outlook cuz they like to do quality work. It, it matters to them what their work looks like. So, you don't want to walk away from a job and say, "Oh, this is a job that's done." But you want to look back and say, "I did that job." And cuz your name is on that job. So, whatever we do, we want to stand by our work and we want you to be proud of it as well just as like we are. We don't want to be proud like a, a boastful proud but a proud that we did that accomplishment and we brought it to the client's success and our success that we feel that it's a successful outcome of the job.
