Accepted Answer

Sometimes supplies are low or hard to get, and prices are rapidly changing. I'll be honest about any issues that your job may face and work to find the best solutions.

Do you work in the rain?

Accepted Answer

I prefer it to be dry for most jobs, but I'm often able to keep working when it’s raining. I can also provide temporary emergency work during heavy rain. I always want the jobsite to be safe, so I'll be upfront with you if weather may be an issue on your job.

Will the work impact my neighbors?

Accepted Answer

I'll take great care to stay on your property, but it’s always a good idea to talk to your neighbors and tell them you’re having work done. Unfortunately, I can’t prevent noise no matter how careful I am, but I can put up a visual barrier if you’d prefer.

Should I do the work in phases or all at once?

Accepted Answer

I usually recommend doing everything at once. If there’s something you might want to do in the future, it’s smart to do it now so you don’t pay for the same job twice. For example, if you want to demolish your pool and you’re considering building an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at some point, I recommend completely removing the pool rather than filling it in.

Yes. Sometimes homeowners have ideas of what they want or need, but they don’t always understand what’s in their best interest. Other times, they try to force the project to fit their budget, but it doesn’t always work like that. I'll be honest with you about what you really need. I won’t upsell you, but I'll provide my expert opinion of what needs to happen to make your job successful and safe.
