One tip I'd like to offer to our customers is always to remember when installing a new water heater, either tankless or storage tank, is to do preventive maintenance, which would be to descale or flush out the heater. Think of it as a car. Something as simple as an oil change could disrupt other components and cost a lot of money to the customer.
